Miss Scarlett is the owner and manager of Droxford Montessori, establishing the school in 2014.
Miss Scarlett has over 10 years of experience in Early Years Education and her passion for Montessori began in 2005 after a work experience placement.
Certified with a full Montessori International Teaching Diploma and Early Years Teacher Status, Miss Scarlett is the school's special educational needs coordinator and leads all staff practice in safeguarding.
Miss Emma is part owner of Droxford Montessori School and previously has owned and managed Montessori School’s for 15 years. Miss Emma holds foundation degree in Early Childhood Studies and her full Montessori International Teaching Diploma.
Miss Emma is now primarily located in beautiful Pembrokeshire, visiting us often and joins us each year for Holiday Clubs.
Miss Jorje began with us as a work experience student in 2015 and is currently working towards achieving a BA (hons) in Early Years Education. A regular attendee of Hampshire county council training courses, Miss Jorje holds her THOMAS SEN training and Paediatric First Aid training.
Miss Lucie Working at Droxford since 2015, Miss Lucie has previously run Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ early years setting’s. Miss Lucie is currently undergoing training to gain the Early Years Teacher Status qualification and has previously trained in Food Hygiene.
Miss Lucie runs our weekly cookery sessions, using products from our allotment when possible as well as a mindful approach to healthy happy eating.
Miss Sue joined us in 2016, originally coming from a background in Art and Graphic Design creates wonderful seasonal projects the children in our woodland sessions as well as in our Creative area. As with all the team at Droxford, Miss Sue regularly attends Hampshire county council courses and Paediatric First Aid Training.
